Nasischa Anderson-Malone

Managing Attorney

Nasischa is originally from Sacramento, California where she was born and raised. She has been a practicing attorney for 19 years and attended Prairie View A&M University for undergrad and Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University for law school. She graduated from law school in 2001 as salutatorian of the class, delivering the commencement speech. She passed the Texas Bar exam in November of 2001 and the California Bar in 2003. Nasischa began her practice with the law firm of Thompson & Knight, LLP with approximately 100 lawyers and was the first black female attorney to be hired in the Houston, Texas office. After working for Thompson & Knight for 3 years she then started her own practice in 2004 and has owned and operated her own practice since that time. Since 2001 she has practiced Contracts, Probate, Estate Planning and Personal Injury. In 2014, NFL Disability was added to the practice and in 2018 began practicing law in the area of Social Media. She is the managing partner of her boutique law firm, Anderson Law Group, PLLC consisting of all women with two attorneys, a paralegal and a practice manager.  Her clientele consists of the general public, businesses, retired NFL players and social media influencers.

Nasischa currently owns an online fitness business and has a role in several other businesses. She is married to a retired NFL player with four daughters, twins who are 20, a 17 year old and a 4 year old. Nasischa assists with the management of her daughters’ influencer careers and loves to travel with her family and attend her daughter’s basketball games. After her 20th year of practice, she plans to retire as managing attorney and focus more on advising and assisting other small businesses grow.
